Our Story

When I was a young boy growing up in the late ’70s and early ’80s, both of my parents worked hard — my father as a mechanic at a freight truck lot and my mother in a sewing factory. With long hours and late nights, there wasn’t always time for home-cooked meals. My sister and I often had to fend for ourselves, and back then, that meant a can of Campbell’s Soup or an Oscar Mayer bologna sandwich.
On special days, though, we had something different — ramen. Back then, options were limited, and most of the ramen we could find was Japanese. That’s why Sapporo Ichiban holds such a special, nostalgic place in my heart. It was simple, comforting, and full of flavor — everything a kid could ask for.
Fast forward to today, and we’re surrounded by so many incredible ramen varieties from around the world. It’s amazing to see how far ramen has come — and how it’s now appreciated by people everywhere for the same reasons I loved it as a kid.
Here in Arizona, my wife and I are thrilled to share that love through UseUrNoodle — a place where friends, families, and ramen lovers can come together to enjoy something familiar yet new. And eat it like it's meant to - anyway you want it, and no one to dictate "what goes good with ramen". Cuz everything goes good with ramen. BUT BEWARE - BULDAK SPICY RAMEN IS REALLY SPICY. USE CAUTION!
As the proud owners of UseUrNoodle, we hope this is just the beginning of something special in the Southeast Valley. A new store is coming to the SE valley in the next few months until then we offer mobile services.
